Instructions
  1. Peel and core apples, then thinly slice, 1/8-1/4 inch thick.
  2. Layer apples into the slow cooker. Sprinkle cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg over the apples.
  3. Cook on high until apples are soft, 4-5 hours. Whisk apples vigorously for a chunkier-style applesauce. Puree with an immersion blender for a smoother applesauce.
Recipe Notes

For easier clean up, use a liner in your slow cooker.
