Instructions
  1. Wash pumpkin seeds and lay them out overnight on a flat surface to dry.
  2. The next day, preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Spread the pumpkin seeds onto a pan and lightly and evenly spray with olive oil and sprinkle salt over seeds.
