Ingredients
For popcorn:
For Parmesan-Rosemary Popcorn:
For Apple Pie Spiced Popcorn:
For Clean Eating Caramel Popcorn:
Servings: cups
Instructions
Popping the Corn
  1. Pour unpopped kernels into the lunch sack. (Just use 1/4 cup - any more and the bag will be overfull). Loosely fold over just the top of the bag so the kernels stay in.
  2. Microwave on HIGH until there are more than 3 seconds between "pops."
  3. Add one of our gourmet flavorings by following the instructions below!
Parmesan-Rosemary Popcorn or Apple Pie Spiced Popcorn:
  1. Combine all ingredients for your desired flavor, pour over 4 cups popped popcorn and toss until coated (you can also try adding directly to the bag before you pop the popcorn and tossing to coat the kernels, but we've not tried this yet).
Clean Eating Caramel Popcorn
  1. Place 1/4 cup honey in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and immediately whisk in 1/8 c. almond or peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Immediately pour over and toss with popcorn.
Recipe Notes

Don't have a microwave? Don't worry. There are a ton of easy ways to get that popcorn popped (and trust us, it is SO much cheaper and healthier to buy kernels in a big bag instead of resorting to the artificial butter drenched prepackaged varieties). Here's a site with 15 ways to pop popcorn!
